Returning Information

Returning Merchandise
Customer Satisfaction is our # 1 Priority. If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Items must we unworn and contain all original packaging. Packages returned after 30 days are non-refundable. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return, please send us an e-mail to: shipping@divatiniboutique.com with the following information:

• Order Number
• Style Number (Description) 
• Reason for Return

Reused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders and/or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges.

Refunds & Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as the return is received from you. Any shipping charges will be paid for by the customer.

Refunds on Orders Shipped for Free
If an order shipped under the "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded to your Credit Card.

Final Sale
All items on SALE and Package Deals are final. Final sale and Package Deal items cannot be returned for credit or refund.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges will be at customer's cost. If the return is due to our error or because of defective items, please contact us at shipping@divatiniboutique.com and we will issue you a return label.
